Dr. Rich Hansen

Dr. Rich Hansen is retired Air Force having spent time at Myrtle Beach Air Force Base, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Tucson AZ, and finished his Air Force career in the Michigan Air National Guard at Battle Creek, MI. Rich previously worked for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) at Battle Creek, MI as a cataloger and a trainer. When he left DLA Rich was managing the training branch at DLIS. He was promoted to Deputy Division Director at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in Baltimore, MD. He finished his Government career an internal coach for his organization and is the co-manager for an Experienced Leaders program. He also managed an employee career coaching program. Rich developed and delivered Organizational Development (OD) team activities. Rich is certified in various assessments. He received his PhD from Capella University in Organization and Management.
